Plans for 29 homes in a mid Suffolk village have been submitted.
An application has been submitted to Mid Suffolk District Council to build the new homes in land on the north side of Station Road in Haughley, near Stowmarket.
Flagship Homes, which has submitted the application, has said the homes will be a mix of social rent and shared ownership.
The proposed houses will be a mix of property sizes, including one, two, three and four-bedroom homes.
As part of the proposed new development, 70 car park spaces will also be made.
The design and access statement said the development will "fit in well" within its landscape, using surrounding landscape to its advantage.
It added: "The architectural context of the surrounding areas shows that the new development sits comfortably with its neighbouring schemes.
"Overall, the development proposal has been designed to enhance the existing architectural vicinity of Haughley, aiming to embed the proposal into the existing architecture of the village, creating a seamless transition between existing dwellings and new."
